A freezer with recurring fault,replaced.
A consumer bought a freezer andthis developed a fault whereby the upper part develops a large chunk of icewithin a short period of time. Thefirm’s technicians tried to solve the problem to no avail. When we contacted the firm on behalf of theconsumer the firm, in spite of the fact that in their view the guarantee hadexpired, accepted that this freezer be replaced as they believed that thecomplaint was justified. The Ghaqdabelieves that it is such positive attitude that fosters consumer confidence ina firm as this distinguished such firms.
