Recently NEXT had a sale on its products where they were promoting a 40% discount on all the items available. When she was about to pay for the items, the cashier told her that they were not on Sale and that the discount was not applicable on that item. After the salesgirl contacted her superior she gave her a 10% discount and not the full 40% because she kept on insisting that the item should have been moved to the store but was forgotten.
The consumer contacted us and we informed her that since the item was on sale she had a right for the full 40% discount. The consumer wrote again to NEXT copying us in and within a day the problem was resolved. We thank NEXT for respecting consumer rights.
